Este sustancioso desayuno es conocido como Egg in the basket, conocido también a través de la película V de Vendetta, donde lo llaman Eggy in the basket, huevecitos en la cesta.

Ingredientes

• Pan de molde
• mantequilla
• sal
• pimienta negra
• huevos

Preparación 

1. Haz un agujero en el centro de cada rebanada de pan
2. Derrite un poco de mantequilla en la sarten a fuego lento y situa el pan en ella
3. Cascar un huevo en el agujero del pan y dejar que se cocine a fuego bajo, vigilando de que no se queme.
4. Por último, con mucho cuidado dale la vuelta al huevo para que se termine de hacer por el otro lado y añade un poco de sal y pimienta al gusto.
